Easy Confidence Boosters

In a perfect world, we would all be confident and feel our best each and everyday. But lets be real, life is not perfect and sometimes, you can feel a little down! Everyone has tough days but it's important to give yourself self care to get you feeling your best right away. Here are a few of my favorite tips whenever I am feeling in a rut.

Pamper Yourself

Whenever I am feeling a little down and out, I love taking some time to really pamper myself. Look at your schedule and see if there is any time that you can block out just for you. Be sure to really schedule it in your calendar and stick to that appointment. Taking some time to really pamper yourself will let you relax and unwind. Whether that is throwing on a face mask and painting your nails or booking an appointment at your favorite spa, taking some time just for you will make you feel like a million bucks. 

Do Something You Love

I love setting some time aside to do something that brings me so much joy. Whether that is just cooking a delicious dinner or reading a book, I always love setting some time in my schedule for something that makes me happy. Think about what you absolutely love doing and go do that thing! It is even better if it something creative. Having a creative outlet lets you destress a little and you are still using that creative side of your brain. 

Write It Out

Take some time to think about the things that you are good at and things that you love doing. Write it all down! When you are feeling not so confident, it can be helpful to remind yourself of all the things you rock at. Save that piece of paper and pull it out whenever you need a little reminder. 

Get Some Sleep

If you are constantly overworking yourself, you are going to feel exhausted during the day. When you feel and look tired, it can be hard to feel great about yourself. It can also effect your productivity, your mood, how you are feeling, etc. Make an effort to try to get some extra sleep throughout the week. Sleep in a little longer or try to head to bed a little bit earlier than normal. It will make you feel so much better!
