​Easy Ways To Improve Your Skin

One topic I get asked about often is if I have any skin care tips! Ladies always want the perfect skin for their session and over the years I have learned a thing or two, not just for my skin but for my clients. Here are a few easy tips to get your improve your skin! 

Eating the Right Foods

Who knew the food could impact your skin so much? I'm sure everyone has had those days where you eat some greasy foods a few days in a row and all of a sudden you notice a few breakouts. I've been there! There are a few different foods that actually can help improve your skin.


-Berries - Berries are great for skin! They are great source of antioxidents.  Antioxidents like vitamin c are great for protecting your skin from free radicals. This helps your skin from aging! 

- Bananas are great sources of potassium which can help hydrate and moisturie your skin. 

Drink Water

Water is so good for skin. Our bodies love when we are hydrated and most of us are not as hydrated as we should be. When we drink the correct amount of water, we are flushing out our bodies and our skin stays hydrated. Your skin will most likely clear up from staying fuller for longer (and staying away from those snacks) and having a dewey look to it!

Wash Your Face

One of the biggest things that I've learned when it comes to skincare is washing your face consistently is a game changer. If you wear makeup a lot, it's important to remove your makeup fully before going to bed. I know it can be a pain sometimes but washing your face after a full face will not only make you feel better, but your skin will thank you for it! 

These are just a few simple skincare tips that I always recommend to clients. Of course, there are so many other things out there that you can do but these are just simple tips that you can do everyday!
