The best way to get repeat clients

As a fellow boudoir photographer, I totally understand the struggle it can be with getting repeat clients. Most of the time, clients come to you for a big moment in their life, whether it is for their wedding, a big anniversary or even a maternity shoot. Most people do a session once and don't think about getting another shoot done. I always recommend doing a session every few years because it's a great way to document your life and your beauty at certain stages. And it's so much fun! (that's the best part, right?!) 

When it comes to your past clients, you know that they are already your ideal client, since they've hired you once before. They already know the process of what it's like to work with you so that can save a lot of phone calls and potential hurdles. Here are a few tips to get your clients coming back for more. 

Thanking Your Clients

For every single client I have, I always send them a handwritten note to thank them for choosing me to a part of their boudoir experience. I also make sure that their final package from me is perfect, from the wrapping all the way to the shipping box. You want to make sure that the experience your clients have with you is top notch. They will remember those small details!  

Newsletter List

Be sure that you have a newsletter list that your clients can sign up. It's a great way to stay in their mind months after their shoot is over.  You can always run sales or promotions that only are targeted for your past clients to entice them to book another session with you. 

Reward Referrals

Referrals are one of the biggest compliments that you can get! If you find that your clients are referring you, a nice thing to do is to send a small gift their way as a thank you! Whether it is a small gift from you or even a small promotion, sending them something as a thank you will make them love you even more. It's a great incentive for your current clients to spread the word about you!

These are just a few simple ways that you can entice your clients to keep coming back to you. Take some time to think about different ways you can create more fun experiences for your clients to come back to you.
